Question Reboot problem with ASRock motherboard ?

Everything is working fine with this mobo except when it comes to rebooting.

Here is my problem:

If I shutdown the PC I can start it up again and it shows a display. It loads Windows or I can go in the bios etc etc.

Anytime I reboot though, it boots to no display. The fans are on but there's no display. I have to press the power off button to shut the pc down then start it up again for it to boot properly.

Here are my system specs:

MBD: ASRock x870 Riptide Phantom Gaming Wifi - BIOS 3.12.AS02
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 64GB DDR5 5600mhz c36
CPU: Ryzen 9 9950X
GPU: Zotac RTX 4080 Trinity
CPU Cooler: Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 AIO
PSU: Corsair RM1000x 1000w
Storage
TGroup 2TB NVMe gen4
Sabrent Rocket 2TB NVMe gen3

Anyone? I've just tested Sleep mode and it does the same. It boots back up to no display.

When using the integrated gpu on the 9950x the system works fine. Changing the bios settings from external to internal and vice versa makes no difference.

It seems my 4080 is not being picked up on normal restarts and on when a cold boot is done.

Did you try setting of PCIe x16 to gen4 or even gen3 ?Also PCIe as default display.

Try unplugging secondary hard drive and boot into windows then restart system to check.

Check your settings to see if you have sleep mode enabled and if so, disable it.
although I think the second hard drive is at fault
