I keep getting this error

I have an ssd and i am trying to set up a mining rig.
I have not windows install usb in.
I cant even open bios
When i tried putting the ssd into another computer it said the same thing
But when i take to ssd out of my computer it is just a black screen

You have to install something on it to make it bootable
