Recently moved to a new home,now I have a cable company provided me with internet services,we got a router(netgear) to conect wireless laptop(1) plus (2) xbox, now evrything on the wireless side works with out no problem but my desktop drops the internet s...like crazy......

start by going to network connections and right clicking on your wired connection, and selecting repair. if the problem persists, go to cmd and type in "netsh winsock reset" hit enter and restart when it tells you to. let us know if the problem goes away!
