Here's my current build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/cWLRvj

I recently upgraded my gpu from a gtx 1050ti to a amd radeon rtx 7600 and it has made my pc run more slowly compared to my 1050ti. I already completely reset my pc, used ddu to get rid of my old drivers, made sure everything is updated and now I'm lost on what to do. My gpu is around 80C and my cpu is around the same. If I'm browsing the internet sometimes my pc freezes when switch tabs or even trying to watch a video. Then if I'm on discord then try to stream or switch between servers it lags as well. Then on games such as ow2 when I launch it takes forever to launch and even lags for the first couple of games compared to my last gpu running decently. Any help is appreciated.

80c at idle on both or is that under load? 80c at load is about normal for the GPU. https://www.techpowerup.com/review/amd-radeon-rx-7600/36.html
Have you got resizable bar enabled?
What case are you using?

did you get chipset drivers? Under Other drivers, did you get Intel management engine driver?

Appreciate the reply, under load its around 80-90c, resizable bar is enabled, as for case I'm not100% sure because I got this case years ago from ibuypower(just curious why would the case matter). all my chip drivers are up to date as well. Also intel management engine drivers is installed.
