Im looking for a PCI-E 4.0 M.2 SSD drive that is 4TB for my main Windows C drive. What is the least expensive SSD you recommend that has good speeds, has a good durability, and wont break the bank? I do a lot of video editing, so large chunks of read/writes will take place. I currently use a Samsung 990 Pro 2TB, but Im running out of room on it and I decided to go with a 4TB. I looked a Crucial's P3, but its not very durable. As long as the drive isnt problem prone to issues often.

Gigabyte X670 Aorus Elite AX as is stated in my signature. I do all my projects on the C drive and I dont want to change that. I already have another M.2 drive installed and I will probably sell that in addition to selling the 2TB drive.

Then a larger 990 Pro would work.

Easy clone via Samsung Data Migration.

Any less expensive option worth considering, or is the 990 one of the cheaper options you recommend? I'd like to get it less then 500 Canadian if possible.

I dont think the 980 has a verified 4TB version. The P3 endurance is low. And another poster I read commented on issues with his 850 making it not dependable. Only issue with the 990 is its higher price right now.

Well NewEgg Canada had 20 dollars off the sale price making it $480 for the 990 Pro, so I just got that. Selling my old SSD should help pay for the new stick.
