Recommendation for i7 OC system

Hi guys, I am planning to buy an i7 system for overclocking.
Please see my specs tt i want to buy and comment on what needs to be improved for a good and stable OC for daily gaming usage:

Intel Core i7 920
Thermalright 120 Extreme
Asus Rampage II Extreme
Memory i dont know what to buy but I am looking at 3gb triple channel kits @ 1333MHz
HIS HD4850 IceQ4
Velociraptor 150GB
Power supply(my biggest concern): 520W (issit enough?)

any suggestions?

PSU DEFINATLEY not enough go with a 750w if ur still using that gfx card but if you go x-fire then ull need upwards to 1000w

the power supply is fine for what you have specd but you want to make sure you buy from a good maker not the cheap ones, for xfire id recomend a 650+, for comparrason im running a 750w with 2 hd4870, a e8600 oc to 4.8 and 3 hard drives fans etc, if you were looking to oc then up your psu by 100-150w

for memory check out ocz's platinum 3x1GB DDR3-1333 7-7-7-x kit should easily clock to DDR3-1600 8-8-8-24
