Recommendations for quiet cooler for amd fx-8320

I need some help picking out a air fan cooler for my cpu since it's too noisy when working.
Motherboard: Asus m5a97 R.20
CPU: Amd fx-8320
Case: Corsair Graphite Series 230T

Frostytech.com also maintains a top-10 list of quietest coolers, so you can look there too. The Hyper212 EVO is not on that list.

Not a single cooler is silent or even quite at full load. 600-800 RPM is what you aim ait to make that happen, which can be done with any cooler really, as long as it's got the power to cool the CPU. Adapter works well.

Suggesting the Evo is not parroting, it's a good cooler for the price. I have used it on my 8350 to clock to over 4.8GHz, and it does just as good of a job as the twice the price Noctua that's on it now. I recommend a top down fan for your build that will help keep your VRM's cool on that motherboard. The nh-l12 works great, is super quiet, and clears RAM with tall heat spreaders fairly well, but is about $60.
