Recommendations?

I am gonna get a Sandy Bridge i3 in a few days.
So I was looking for RAM and I found out that there is quite a narrow gap between the pricing of 1333MHz and 1600MHz. Though it wasn't that much narrow but still worth considering.
I don't know for sure which one should I get. Any help would be appreciated.
I will not be overclocking anything.
I'm gonna initially get 4 GB and'll upgrade to double after sometime (if that helps)

So which one should I get and why.

Get the faster RAM, the integrated GPU uses system memory so it will perform better with the faster RAM.

Also in future you may upgrade the CPU and having better mem bandwidth is good.

it's pretty cheap and keeps your machine more readily upgradable.

I am not gonna use integrated GPU.
Anyway, I was reading an article about Sandy Bridge i3 and it said it only supports 1066 and 1333 MHZ.
Does it mean 1600 MHz is a no go?
