Budget Range:
AUD 1500 for the CPU + GPU + Mobo + NVME+16/32G ram (which ever is recommended)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Davinci resolve 17 editing 4K 10bit Log footage.

Parts Not Required: nothing required except CPU+GPU+Mobo+NVME

Here is one on processors:

I would also check into the video card recommendations; I think there is a big difference between amd and nvidia.
Price of GPUs makes this harder to do but this should probably work out pretty well.
