Question Recommended compatible upgrade options? [Current hardware listed]

Hi all! First time poster here, and with the recent quarantine have started to play a few games on my PC! However, a couple of the games i wish to play such as Call of Duty Warzone / Modern Warfare, sadly my PC cannot hack.

Hoping some of you guys here at Tom's can maybe offer some advice.
With the current build listed below, would the upgrade of just the graphics card allow the PC to run such games sufficiently? Or would the build require multiple upgrades? And if so, kindly recommend which products.
(would be on a budget of about 150-200, dependant on if a graphics card upgrade alone would do the job.

CPU - Intel Core i5 - 3470
GPU Nvidia GTX 1050 -Ti
SSD - Micron C400 RealSSD 256GB
HDD - Toshiba p300 1TB
RAM - Samsung m378 2x4GB
MBD - Dell Precision T1650
PSU - OCZ600SXS 600W

With what is here, would a graphics card upgrade make the difference im hoping for? Or is further upgrade necessary?

According to this review the T1650 came with up to an E3-1280V2 CPU (4C/8T up to 4.0GHz). The spec sheet says these seemingly ONLY came with Xeon E3s, so I'm not sure why yours has an i5-3470.

E3-1280 v2 = £63.98 (I'm not sure if shipping is actually free for you. It shows free for me because the seller and I are in the US)

With your budget, you may not be able to upgrade either the cpu or the gpu sufficiently to make a big difference.
That said, try this test:
Run YOUR games, but lower your resolution and eye candy.
If your FPS increases, it indicates that your cpu is strong enough to drive a better graphics configuration.
If your FPS stays the same, you are likely more cpu limited.
