Recommended Dyes for Watercooling?

I'm finding it kind of difficult making a choice on a definitive dye that works well without issues (clogging, settling, staining). I'd really love a specific recommendation from someone who has experience with this kind of stuff so I don't end up having to clean every component that a bad dye went though. I'm using PETG hardline tube. Here's the full list of watercooling parts I've chosen so far: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/KJ9Zgs

1) I want to start with a distilled water base--no premixes.
2) I'd prefer that the dye work fine with PT Nuke (copper-based) also in the system. If not, I'd love a biocide recommendation that will work with any dyes or the particular dye, series, or brand you choose.
3) I'm looking for an opaque white concentrate.
4) I'm also looking for a series of dyes that will be able to change the color of the opaque white. I think the transparent stuff would work for that, but I'm not entirely sure. Also no idea which brand or series to pick for reasons mentioned in the intro.

Any help would be awesome. This is one of the final things I need to plan out for my watercooling setup to be finished.

I'm also having trouble finding a 3/8" silicone bending insert for less than $11 or so online. Anyone have any idea what stores might sell them in Pennsylvania? I have a feeling they'll be a lot cheaper in-store.

I got a bunch of help over there though. Problem solved :)
