Recommended Graphics Card for a HP xw6200

I have a dual core xeon 3.2ghz with 4gb ram.

I'm not very good at understanding graphics cards and bought a radeon 5450 but it's not very good.

I want to upgrade.

What's your advice for something that goes in this setup but not too expensive.

both are substantially better than what you have. however the second card being PCI-E 2.1 may have a problem with your PCI-E 1 slot . . .
