based on current pricing at alza this would be the best and most cost effective combination :

Z790 UD has 16+1+1 60A VRM whereas for example asus Z790-P is only 14+1 50A VRM and also costs more .
cheaper Z790 asrock and MSI motherboards also have similar VRMs to asus "P" and they run even hotter .

also you want "Z" chipset motherboard for better features , better VRM quality in general and overclocking possibilities .

Your question is nicely presented.

From a performance point of view, all options will perform essentially the same. DDR4 and DDR5 ram performance is similar; no advantage there. Intel is not sensitive to ram speeds; your 3200 ddr4 can be reused.

Is 16gb sufficient?

If you need wifi, buy an option with wifi. But, a wifi adapter can be easily installed in a non wifi motherboard.

Hello.
im still dont know which kind of pc build to choose..

DDR5 4800/5200/5600 CL36
or DDR4 3600CL16
or DDR4 3200CL16 (these i have i my pc)

What do you mean?
MB+DDR4 or MB+DDR5

Motherboards will use either DDR4 ram or DDR5 ram, but not both.
Since you already have useful ddr4 3200 ram, I would reuse it.
Do not be overly impressed by DDR5 ram speeds that are twice ddr4.
They are accompanied by latencies twice as long, negating much of the speed advantage.
In actual app performance the performance is similar, and DDR4 motherboards are cheaper.

And what board do you reccomed?

It would be best if you read through the input you have gotten rather than just blindly buy some motherboard because some random guy on some random forum told you to.

Still the advice you have gotten is still very valid. If you expect to actually use the "K" part of the chip you need to buy a "Z" series motherboard so you can set the overclock settings.
If you have no interest in overclocking then same money and buy a cpu without the "K".
Your current DDR4 memory should work fine with a new CPU. DDR5 memory can actually be slower than ddr4 memory if you are not careful what timings you buy. Even in cases where the DDR5 memory is faster you generally will not see the difference. I guess if you sit and run compress and uncompressed you data all day long using ZIP you will see a big difference.

So how important is money to you. Since you are buying a 13600 it seems you do not have unlimited budget. If you want to spend the money and time to overclock your cpu and memory go with a "Z" board and DDR5 with as fast a clock as you can afford and the motherboard supports.
Otherwise I would use your current DDR4 memory on buy a non "k" cpu. You might want to even consider buying a B660 based motherboard rather than say a B760. Which brand is hard to say and there are so many sub models even within a brand. In some cases it depends on which color board and what led you like the best.
You will not see a huge difference between the motherboards unless you are trying to overclock the cpu.
