Record Lag on AAA Games with Xsplit

Hey guys, So i record youtube videos and whenever i record a AAA game (YES SPECIFICLY AAA GAMES INDIE GAMES RECORD FINE) It lags to 1 frame evrey 2 seconds, I can play the game fine but the recording is unwatchable, I have a 1080 4790K and 16GB of 1333MHZ DDR3 (Dont judge me) RAM just for reference, please help

Use task manager to put the recording task to real-time or at least high priority so it always get's as much cpu time as it needs,this might cause the game to run a bit slower.

First off thanks that worked, secondly is there a way to make a program default to real time?

You can use process hacker it has the option to save the priority that you set and it stays even if you close/don't run the program.
