Recovering deleted CSV file

I deleted a CSV file.

It was on my desktop, but I deleted it and emptied the recycle bin. This was within the span of this last week.

I tried Recuva, but it could not find anything. I haven't tried deep scan, because that will take hours apparently.

Can anyone suggest another method of recovery?

Unfortunately, I didn't have back-up. The file that I thought was a back-up was lacking the row that I need to look at.

The longer you wait to start, the longer it will take.
