Hello,

I am here to seek help, I'm not good with laptop and etc so please help me if you can

Recently, I got two blue screen of death, and before that my laptop worked very well and never did this kind of thing before, so I restored windows 10 in upgrade/restore menu and it worked, but now at the bottom right in the wi-fi section I see my neighbors wi-fi but not mine, I tried to add it manually but it doesn't work.

When I checked my network devices it says that they work perfectly, I did an upgrade just in case and I uninstalled them and clicked on "scan for hardware change" so the network devices could come back but it still don't show my wi-fi.

I tried to restore again but when i clicked on it it says that I don't have the files to restore windows 10.

I did a scan to see if I have a virus and it says that it's fine.

Please help me!

There's a new setting in Windows 10 the clever devils at Microsoft have turned on to save a fraction of a watt of power. It's buried deep in the Power Options of the Control Panel here: Control Panel -> Power Options -> Change Plan Settings -> Change advanced power settings -> Wireless adapter settings -> Power saving mode. Change both settings to "Maximum Power". It will make a big difference. Now wasn't that clever of Microsoft?! :-(
