Question Red CPU light then red VGA light on b450 tomahawk max

So I just discovered that when i turn on my PC it shows a red CPU light then a little later a red VGA light. I am using a R5 3600 and a 2060S, the pc works like normal. when its in windows the lights go away. I don't know if this is normal or not.
