Red flashing motherboard

Hi I build my first pc but before I try to power the system there is this red light that flashing for 2-3 sec in the left corner near the flash+ and the CPU. my motherboard is Msi b450 gaming pro carbon ac. It need 8+4 pin for the cpu but in the manual says there is no need because I’m not gonna oc. Could that missing 4pin be the problem?

What cpu did you have?

Do you check your CPU to see there is any bent pin or not?

I didn’t check the cpu because I’m sure that I installed in the correct. do you think it’s a cpu issue?
