Hello. I built my first computer yesterday and everything was going really smooth up until i turned the damn thing on. Everything is showing power i.e. the fans are spinning and so forth. But it won't post! It just says "no video input" on the screen. And theres a red light next a line of text; "DRAM"
I guess it has something to do with RAM then.
I've tried many different methods, loosening the motherboard screws, taking out my graphics card and reinstalling it, tried a cmos but without the jumpercap, tried to un- and reinstall the cpu and heatsink fan. I've only got one ram stick and i've been booting my computer up in the two different slots many times now and even without the ram in the system.
Please help! Do I need a new stick of ram? Or might it be my motherboard that is the problem?
Specs:
MSI H110I PRO AC
Intel core I3-6100
Crucial 1x8GB DDR4 2133 CT8G4DFD8213
Toshiba 640GB 5400 rpm
Sapphire Radeon rx 460
Fractal Design node 202
