Red lights bottom right on mobo

I recently got a new mobo, cpu, and gpu. I got it assembledfofllowing a guide.When i went to test it, it will turn on and the gpu and mobo and all leds light up. But upon starting the bottom right of the mobo has red leds turning on in a cycle of cpu, dram, then vga. It will stay stuck on vga for about 10 seconds before the pc shuts off.

Note: the red light is moving from one to the other label and when it oves the previous light turns off. And just before shuting off it beeps once.

Did you check the troubleshooting section in the motherboard's User Guide/Manual?

What PSU is being used?
