Question Red pixels only when im watching a certain videos on Youtube and goes away when i go fullscreen and when i watch the video for abit?

So i think i know what had happened?
I tested another monitor and it was working well there watched Youtube Videos on Opera GX and Chrome.
Same DP Cable so i thought it must be the monitor and i tried out the monitor again and its working well now? There were no red dots so this could be perhaps of the Monitor Display Port Slot? Not really sure.

All i did was unplug power, dp to the monitor and tested another monitor and replugged back the monitor again and it somehow fixed the issue?

Should i buy a new display port cable just incase? I feel like this dp cable is abit faulty. Inside the Display Port like plug somehing there is like shaking or something? like somethings loose.

Friend this is not a problem with your GPU I am having the same problem with a new 3070TI. I once had it with a 1660S as well. Try reinstalling the chipset driver.

I'm pretty sure it's something related to windows/nvidia/chrome coded drivers.

Nowadays everything is being badly done with games and software

How did you fix it? I uninstalled and reinstalled my chipsed drivers and nothing popped out of it :<

Are you using genuine windows? I had it many years ago and now I'm having it again with a friend's computer. trying a solution but it's not GPU problem.

2 options that we can do format windows clean installation and remove the gpu from the PCI Express connection on the motherboard and reconnect the card maybe it could be a bad connection

Alright im also using genuine windows not using any custom os etc.

I dont remember having this problem with my 1050 ti and i discovered this 3 days ago when i got a new monitor i already tried changing monitors/different cables and the issue still persists.

I remember the day i got my new monitor plugged it in, And playing i, shut the pc off and things was normal.
Until i watched a youtube video. The pins on the cpu had like red pixels on it and i genuinely got concerned. I calmed myself down and forgot about it. Next day i booted up watched another youtube video and it came back again and made me panic.

I already tried contacting using NVIDIA forums and some dude blatantly told me to "dont trust/reply to people who dont post their specs"
