Question Red small line in my laptop monitor

Red small line in my laptop monitor, same blue in right top corner. Sometimes it goes, sometimes it comes. What is the reason it goes away if i switch laptop off for a while, but comes back after sometime. even if it comes back, it disappears if i open a white background, green background or anything that's bright

If the laptop is brand new and is yet within warranty period, you should contact your seller(and the brand of the laptop) to keep them in the loop and hopefully initiate an RMA. That issue you speak of can be due to a faulty/failing panel. If you open up the laptop to repair it, chances are that you're going to void warranty hence why you should get the laptop replaced sooner than later.
