Question Red things on my PC screen

So i just bring my PC back from service center. Then when i turn it on, there was so many red things (i think its a dot) on my screen. not always but in some application like discord, spotify, and chrome. but the brutal one is on discord. It is a driver issue or something?

Did you try to adjust the GPU settings in Windows to match your GPU card and screen specs?

i have 2 monitor, and yeah i just realized its only happen in my secondary monitor. So i guess its the monitor issue?

It could be.

Try to clean the connector (on both monitor and cable), reset the monitor to default setting to see what happens next.

done it with the reset to default. and i found the problem, the refresh rate. i set to 60Hz its always have the red thing, but when i set it to 144Hz its fixed. Thanks man.
