Question Reddragon K630 broken?

I literally got this keyboard today, I played a game for around 2 hours and then left for a while. I came back and tried to install the Reddragon software for some RGB modes, but as soon as I installed it it’s just not working anymore. I’ve tried uninstalling the software, updating USB and Keyboard drivers and I tried it on a different PC. None of which worked. Is it just fully broken?

If you do a search off of Reddragon's support site, here, for K630, you come across three variants. Which one do you have? As for your platform, mind sharing the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:

Include the BIOS version for your motherboard as well.

Have you tried working with assumed faulty keyboard on a donor platform, to rule out a faulty keyboard out of the box?
