Refit a computer into a better caase

Hello,I have a gateway sx-2803-25e it has a pentium dual core e-5800 would it be possible to fit the guts of this pc into a better case & psu the reason i ask is i put in a geforce 210 vid card cause its low profle and i thought it would work okay with my psu but it requires 300 w psu or better so id like to use case & psu combo something 500 w or maybe higher then put in something like maybe a radeon 6770 vid card could it work & or fit or how hard to get it to fit & work i was looking in newegg they have a case called a hec case any thoughts or ideas thanxx (my email is deel.michael@yahoo.com) thanxx again ?????
