Hi,
can anyone tell me of any util I can download to let me see what refresh rate my monitor is actually running in?
I know I can change the refresh rate using something like powerstrip, but that resets the refresh rate on loading, I want to be able to load something to simply display the current refresh rate.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Darren

Almost all-newer monitors have “Information” in there on screen menus that tell you the refresh rate it is running. I don’t know if a download that does what you want.

The latest version of powerstrip, when first installed, does not change the your default refresh rate. It displays your current refresh rate prior to any changes you may wish to make. You don't have to change anything and can use the program just to view your refresh rate. You don't even have to load it on startup of windows. you can disable the autoload (it's enabled by default). once you have your info, uninstall it.

Quality is better than name brand, even regarding beloved AMD.
