Refurbished PC case?

So I have been looking around for good deals on PC cases. Everything I look at tells me the HAF 912 is the best bang for the buck.

Was browsing the CM store because I was seeing what HAF 912 parts were available to sweeten the deal, when I came across this.

CM Enforcer

I know from past research that the Enforcer is almost exactly the same as a HAF 912, but a few upgrades. The small amount of differences were not worth the extra $35 though, but this refurbished enforcer is cheaper than a HAF 912.

My main question is this. Is it a bad idea to buy refurbished PC cases? I know with a lot of other pc parts it may not be a good idea, but cases don't "go bad" like other parts. Also I know it could actually be like new, but they have to mark it as refurbished no matter what reason a customer sends it back.

Would this be a good deal?

looks like a good deal to me

i its got a 90 day warranty on it so if you werent happy you could always send it back

i have bought a few refurbished parts with no problems

as you say some have just been returned by some one who didnt like the look of it etc

cant see anything there that says parts are missing or its been graded as B condition or

similar
