[SOLVED] reinstall windows

Hello, i recently change my motherboard and cpu. I went from asus b250-plus to msi z390-a pro and from i7-6700 to i7-9700k. Question is, do i need to reinstall windows 10? It booted up just fine, loading screen said something about getting the hardware ready and then worked just fine. Have loads of games with mods so it will take forever to reinstall everything.

Yes you do. You will also need to reinstall all the drivers for your devices manually after installing the OS. You should ideally be on the latest BIOS for your motherboard prior to the OS install. Your OS installer should be created using Windows Media Creation Tools.
