Reinstalled Graphics Card, detected, but not being utilized

Pretty much this. The Onboard and GPU are detected, everything is connected, fans spin up, no issues, drivers are updated, everything should be working...but it's STILL using the onboard graphics.

And yes, I checked the back of the computer- it's connected to the right socket.

Please help.

When you boot the PC, enter the bios menu (hit F1 or F2 etc.) and then disable the integrated graphics.

Depending on your MB, you may also have to select the PCIe graphics to initialise on start up as well.
