Reinstalled windows 10 - Hot gpu and cpu all of a sudden?

So, today I formated my PC,and reinstalled windows 10. Before, I was getting 30 celisus or less on my cpu, while watching a movie, and 38-40 celsius on gpu. Now, I'm on idle, and cpu is on 35-40 celsius and gpu at 50+.

What do I have to do? I installed drivers only for my graphics card (r9 380 4gb)

EDIT: I also can't get speedfan to work. I can only change GPU fan speed. I cant control CPU or 2 of casse fans I have.
