Reinstalled windows 10 on AIO pc, gpu isn't working

Reinstalled windows on AIO pc, now my gpu isn't being used for games. My pc is an inspiron 7459. My gpu is a gtx 940M
Already tried installing various versions of Nvidia drivers, disabling integrated graphics, and now idk what to do. Thank you!

Before you reinstalled Windows, you would most likely have used Nvidia Control Panel >> 3D Settings to assign the 940M to each of your games.

Now you've re-installed Windows those settings have been lost so you need to do it again.

You used Dell factory recovery to reinstall Windows, or some other method?
