[SOLVED] Relatively low fps CSGO for no reason

Specs:
Ryzen 5 2400g
RX 580
8gb ddr4 2666
I tried everything: re downloading game, doing ALL of the recommended configs, commands, launch options, formatting pc, updating drivers, etc. I float around 100-150 fps on low 1920x1080, which is low in comparison to similar specs.
Other games run fine, and benchmarks say that all components are working as usual.
CSGO uses about 20% cpu and 40% gpu on full load
Pls help

try going to task manager, details, then while csgo is open right click it then set priority 1 or 2 higher
