I am in search of an extremely reliable external drive . . . I have done some research and have found this one to be one of the better ones, does anyone have something more reliable in mind?

I have 7 external drives, and I'll tell you straight up, it's always easier to buy the drive and case seperately, and then install it yourself. If one fails, you can nearly always RMA it. Get a Seagate drive, and there's a 5 year warranty right there. The enclosure itself should also last quite a while, since i have a couple that are pushing 3 years of age. It's also a lot cheaper than the ready-made solutions.

Enclosure wise, I like Coolmax... shrug...
