Reliable, Fast Hard Drive?

Building a small business server, need to know what the best hard drive I can get is that wil be reliable, fast, and RIAD optimized. I want 4 1TB drives running in a RAID 10 array. I would go with the WD RE4, but they're only SATA II, which only has 3gb/s. I want it to be at least 7200 RPM so they can start up quickly. Suggestions?

Are you suggesting I run 2 2TB drives in RAID 1. Will that be reliable enough? This is for a business, we can't lose any files.

Zany, you can run whatever you want to run for RAID 10, it's just going to require at least 4 drives to do it.

Ended up going with 2 2TB WD RED HDDs in RAID 1, 2 120GB Intel SSDs in RAID 1, and I had a couple of WD BLACK HDDs sitting around, also in RAID 1.
