Remote Desktop Displays Overlapping text

I have a user who is experiencing overlapping text in his remote
desktop session. The text is produced by a sql query that is out put
to the windows forms library. This issue seems specific to his
machine.

He is using a dell optiplex gx250 with an Intel 845 integrated
graphics card. The system is running Windows XP Pro sp2.

The system was working fine before with SP2 but he lost his hard disk,
and after the install we noticed that the RDP Application displayed
overlapping text. It only occurs in the reporting section of the app.

Any ideas on where to look for a resolution to this problem?

Have you checked for alternative video drivers--either from Dell or from
Intel?
