Remote Desktop on Windows 10 through Multiple Routers

Hello there,

I am trying to setup Remote Desktop Connection for "My PC" so that I can access it remotely from my other apartment both via LAN and Wifi.

I am attaching a snapshot of my network setup.

Please guide me on how to setup remote desktop connection for "My PC".

Just use something like teamviewer or chrome remote desktop and you won't have to do any port forwarding.
