Are you talking about running a RD server on a PocketPC? If so, then the answer is no... You can,
however, use a desktop wireless/wired network connection to access/control your PocketPC from your
desktop using the free "Remote Display Control for PocketPC" Power Toy from MS...

If your talking about accessing a XP Pro Remote Desktop host PC from your PocketPC then yes you can

The Terminal Services Client is built-in to the Windows Mobile 2003 OS. Go to "Start -> Programs".
If your running an earlier version of the OS you might be able to use this version that you can
download and install from MS...
