I've been using Teamviewer as a free remote software for quite a while but they've now decided I'm a commercial user despite the fact it's only ever used to help my 92 yr old dad as he seems to "press the wrong button" more and more frequently nowadays.
If anyone has any suggestions for an easy to use and ideally free alternative to Teamviewer would be greatly appreciated, if there's anything I can install remotely by him double clicking on an attachment would be really useful as well.
Don't mind of it's paid as well as long as it's a sensible fee but it's usage doesn't warrant $120 a year which is where most of them want to steer you.
