First, you don't want to get rid of it, it's a needed driver file for your motherboard.

Start in Safe Mode with Networking, then download the chipset drivers for your system or motherboard if you built it yourself.

It looks the issue is with a sata driver that came in MS updates. If you can boot to safe mode, try to do a recovery to a time before the issue. You can try to reset the BIOS, remove some RAM, last resort you'll need a system re-build.
