Question Removing panel on HP Pavilion 550-132ng?

You will need to remove the 3 clips facing the camera simultaneously(or one at a time) then pry away from the fascia of the chassis towards the right(of the pic).

Your prebuilt should be coming with a 180W PSU, I'd advise against dropping that card in that case unless you've gotten a higher wattage, reliably built PSU, preferably a 550W unit. Due to the size of the case, you should be in good order if you got an SFX PSU.

do you mean the metal panel on the side that forms part of the drive bays? or the plastic panel on the front, the plastic panel can come off by the clips that @Lutfij pointed out, the metal panel is riveted and can only be removed by drilling the tops off the rivets, if you want to do this you have to remove everything from your case first, metal dust and vibrations don't do well with electrical components, once removed you can put it back in again with bolts instead of rivets, that way it would become more easily removable in future

seconding everyone else, you do still need a bigger PSU to run that GPU
