Rendering "farm" Computer

Hey all,

I'm trying to build up my render farm but don't know where to start. I don't care too much for a great video card since it will be rendering mostly on the CPU and I can update that later. I'm looking to spend about $600-800
Any suggestions on builds would be VERY much appreciated.
I was looking at this CPU but don't know much about the intel / AMD war.. just that AMD is cheaper haha

Most render farms choose Intel for CPU render; when it comes to GPU, NVIDIA is always the best choice.
