Simple. You deleted a boatload of files that need to be replaced. To do this requires the source of those files. Chkdsk, SFC etc. do NOT provide this source of the files. In other news, by deleting /SYSTEM32 you also deleted the registry. This requires a full wipe and reinstall of everything.But why CMD commands wil not work to repair the system?
