Hi all,

Ive been getting the BSOD repeatedly (5 times in 7 hrs). BlueScreenView points to ntoskrnl.exe and each time it has been either "System_Service_Exception", "Critical_Process_Died", or "IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal".

Here is one dmp for example. I can provide the rest if needed.

Solution
second bugcheck was in your antivirus software, it was a bad memory address. it could be a general memory problem or maybe a bug in a the old network driver messing up your antivirus software. I can not tell from a minidump.
----------
you have mixed memory modules, and the bugcheck with a error code 0xc0000005
you need to confirm your system can run memtest with no errors.

I would install the BIOS update first and pick up the winodows 10 updates for your motherboard.

I would also check to see why your system is running a old build of windows 10, make sure you don't have updates blocked.

You have many old sound drivers installed, I listed some below.

----------...
all it says is a bad memory address has been given to windows kernel by what ever is running at memory address fffff802`0623eb64
and that you are running the retail release of windows 10 not any of the newer builds.

best to make sure you install your motherboard driver updates, update your bios from your motherboard vendor.
then boot and run cmd.exe as an admin and run
sfc.exe /scannow
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

since your error code was 0xc0000005 you might want to test your bios memory timings settings by running memtest on its own boot image.
normally I would not do that unless I see the error code poping up on several memory dumps but you only showed one so I suggested it.

other than that, I would have to look at the actual memory dump files in c:\windows\minidump directory to make a better guess as to the problem.
(by looking at the info in the windows debugger)

Thanks John for your response.
I am updating the bios from my vendor and will run the cmd once it is installed.

here are some memory dumps:

Thanks again for your help, I will get back to you when I have run the sfc.exe and dism .exe commands you advised.

UPDATE: ran both commands. sfc.exe found and solved some issues, while dism.exe could not find the source files. i am trying to debug that error but have not experienced a blue screen as of yet.

mediatek now owns the company that used to make the chip.
