Repeating Keys Instead Of Holding In Games

Ive had this keyboard for about 3 months now and its been working fine until i turned my computer on yesterday. There's nothing wrong with typing, but its when i play games. When I hold down a key my computer thinks im repeatably pressing it, for example, when I try to move forward on a fps game i stop walking and start walking again, this makes the game pretty much impossible, if i have to hold [TAB] to see the scoreboard it will flash in and out about 5 times a second so i cant see my score. And if your familiar with the game 'Rust' i cant code lock a door because when i hold the [USE] key instead of bringing up a option menu it just repeatably presses the key.

Ill be looking online for fixes but if you know any solutions I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me.

SOLVED - When all hope was lost I decided to pull out the USB cord of the key board and put it into another slot. It worked
