Hi guys,

i know that there are a ton of solved questions :) but im just wondering for an led quiet cooler.

It should be quiet with blue led´s and have the same performance as the h80i stock coolers.

Thanks! :)

Fans are not just fans. There are 3 distinctly different kinds of fans.

1. High static pressure. These fans have a SP of 1.5 or better and their primary use is for radiators and other high impedance applications. Usually have 5-7 large, fat blades with shallow pitch.

2. High CFM. These fans are designed primarily to move a lot of air with little impedance, as in a case fan. Usually have 7-13 thin blades with a steep pitch.

Intermediate fans. Dual duty fans designed to do anything, but not as well specialized as high sp or high cfm. Usually have 7-9 medium size blades with a middling pitch.

The h-80i is a double thick radiator, and as such benefits more from fans with high SP. These fans include the Noctua nf-f12 or nf-p12...

The h-80i is a double thick radiator, and as such benefits more from fans with high SP. These fans include the Noctua nf-f12 or nf-p12, Cougar Vortex, bitfenix spectre pro of which the spectre pro has an led version. Use of a high cfm on a double thick rad is not recommended as they do not have the pressure needed to force the air through the fins at a decent enough amount. Single thick rads don't suffer this limitation as much as the fins are not enough of a restriction.

I'd look for the Bitfenix Spectre Pro.
