Replaced stock cooler, PC turned on while reseating cpu, now can't get video signal

Replaced stock cpu cooler for an amd with nzxt cooler. Forgot to turn of PSU and pc auto turned on after I cleaned and reseated the cpu. Turned off, repasted, now everything turns on but I can't get a video signal with my card or integrated graphics. It is a cheaper motherboard, is it the board? No beeping signals or bios screen.

I had manually turned off the PC once it turned itself on after I reseated the cpu, mind you the cpu was aggressively stuck to the mobo with the stock cooler and was pulled off the mobo when the stock cooler was removed
