So the motherboard has apparently died on my computer. No new replacements are available and I'm concerned with buying a used or refurbished one.

Is there a new motherboard I can buy and still use my 64gb of DDR3 1600 RAM, and I5 processor and GTX 750Ti graphics card?

The computer has been fine of my needs. I recently began playing War Thunder and was surprised that it runs it so well.

Realistically, no. There's always a chance that you can find one that's been sealed in a box for eight years, but from a practical sense, it's a bit like trying to buy a new 2012 Honda Civic. You can buy a used 2012 Honda Civic, but you'd need to run into a very unusual situation bo buy a new 2012 Honda Civic in 2020. Nor are there any newer platforms compatible with any of these parts (except for the 750 Ti, which ought to still work).

It's hard to recommend...

It's a old Mboard chipset, not sure if you can find new one (Except some chinese brand). The possible way is buy a used with good condition.

And not sure there is LGA 1155 Mboard support 64GB of RAM ? Because average LGA 1155 Mboard supported max 32GB RAM, and also the i5-3570K only supported max 32GB RAM.

If you want to find a motherboard, anything Mboard with LGA 1155 socket will be compatible. Just avoid the Built in Mboard (Dell,HP etc) because some of their Mboard only supported 2nd Gen CPU, while you have 3rd Gen.

It's hard to recommend a specific motherboard because the secondary market's pricing will vary widely by time and location. Your best bet is to simply look for another Z77 motherboard that looks like it's from a reputable seller and not pay a price that would seriously delay a meaningful platform update.
