So my P8Z77-V Pro hit the dust. Something went wrong with the memory bank and now the whole board isn't working.

I'm now looking for a new 1155 socket mobo, but am having a hard time actually finding one to buy.
I was thinking instead of getting another P8Z77 i'd get something like a Maximus V Extreme, Sabertooth Z77, or GA-Z77X-UP7. However the problem I'm having is actually finding a place that still sells these things. Some people on eBay sell them, but I'm getting sketchy results.

Is there some other option I should be looking at? Should I ditch my i5 processor and just get a new cpu/mobo combo? If so, suggestions?

Thanks.

I was looking on Newegg but they are out of stock on a lot of 1155's as well. 🙁

However they do have the P8Z77 Deluxe for $140, Pro for $80, and ASRock Z77 Extreme4 $145.
Is my i5 3570K even worth keeping nowadays? Should I just get a new chipset?

Yeah, that makes sense. I'll just stick with the pro replacement for now.
