I built my computer about 5 years back, and I've been trying to update it.
So, I ordered a new graphics card EVGA GTX 760 and it arrived, but the only problem is that it requires more power than the graphics card I had. It requires an 8 pin and a 6 pin, whereas the one I had before required a 2 x 6 pins. This shouldn't be a problem since there's one left over 6pin PCIE slot leftover on the supply.
However, I seem to have lost the PSU to PCIE cable. I've been looking online for a replacement, but they are much harder to find than I ever would have thought possible.
Here's the PSU I have (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817226008), but it doesn't look like the product is even in production anymore, and the company who made it doesn't seem like it exists.
As far as I can tell, the modular PSU has PCIE on both ends, or at least the 6pin that came with the GTX can be plugged in to either the graphics card or the power supply. (Don't worry was fiddling with the fitments while it was unplugged.)
I am totally lost as of what to do. If anybody could nudge me into the right direction, I'd be eternally grateful.
