Replacing CPU Thermal paste after building and running it

Hi!

So I bought a new cpu (2700x) with the standard cooler and I didn't think about replacing the thermal paste.
So I have my system running now without replacing the standard thermal paste.
Is it still possible to take the cooler off and replace the thermal paste?

Also, I'm running max 75 degrees Celcius with 100% load
Do I really need to replace it?

that temp seems fine if you run 100%
sure you can drop it by a few degrees with decent paste, but I don't expect it to drop more than 5'C MAX (probably 2-3)
So I would say you are golden and good to go as it is
